This license plate frame measures 4&1/8 X 7&1/8 inches. The bottom is is 8&3/4 inches wide to accommodate the emblems. The borders are 3/8 wide. The holes are 2&3/4 on center X 5&13/16 on center horizontally. The holes are oblong to fit most plates. They are made of stainless steel, and the artwork is permenantly engraved into the metal.
